1. The service
DiscordShop lets server owners sell paid Discord roles by subscription. When you buy a plan, you get a recurring subscription that grants you a Discord role on the seller's server for as long as your subscription is active.
2. Payments and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal — we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep your role and access until the end of the period you already paid for. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and each seller's server rules. We may suspend access without a refund for abuse, fraud, or chargebacks made in bad faith.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is." We're not responsible for content posted by sellers on their own Discord servers, or for outages caused by Discord, Stripe, or PayPal.
